DESCRIPTION:The death of a loved one is one of life’s most profound and heartbreaking experiences. Grief can touch every part of who we are-bringing sorrow\, longing\, loneliness\, and the ache of navigating life without someone deeply cherished. The loss of a partner\, child\, parent\, sibling\, family member\, or dear friend can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. This monthly gathering offers a compassionate space to honor your grief\, remember your loved one\, and find support within a caring community that understands the weight of loss. \nWhether your loss is recent or happened years ago\, you are welcome here. Each month\, participants are invited into a circle of connection through meaningful themes\, guided discussion\, and experiential activities designed to support healing\, remembrance\, reflection\, and gentle movement forward while continuing to carry the love and memory of those we have lost. \n \nTo help ensure accessibility for all\, this group is offered through a sliding-scale\, donation-based model ranging from $o-$75 per session. \nFOR MORE INFO AND TO ENROLL EMAIL HELLO@WELLNESSFARMUT.ORG \n*New member onboarding must be completed prior to attending your first group session.
