Our Impact within the Community

The Wellness Farm is located on a 2.5-acre property in Bluffdale, Utah, just a few miles outside of Salt Lake City. The Wellness Farm is a retreat and wellness center offering a variety of ways to heal. Processing loss and trauma through words is not for everyone, so we offer a variety of healing modalities to support the whole person. Our space creates an ideal ambiance for truly addressing the impact of grief and trauma and participating in practices that reduce day-to-day stress, increase quality of life, and build connection with self, nature, and others. Participants can engage in animal therapy, nature therapy, art therapy, meditation, yoga, gardening, and more.
